Is my payment secure?

Bambora is Level 1 PCI-Certified (the highest level). PCI stands for “Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards” – the full abbreviation is PCI DSS. All of Bambora North America’s data practices meet Canadian privacy legislation PIPEDA, “The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.” Bambora North America data centres are located in Canada; no payment data is stored anywhere in the United States.

What kind of credit card can I use?

You can pay your invoice online with Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card.

Is there a dollar limit on invoice payments?

Yes, you can only pay invoices up to $5,000. If you attempt to pay an invoice that is more, the transaction will be declined. If you have a larger amount to pay please call the office at (519) 648-3475 ext 2 between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. We’d be happy to find a payment option that works for you.
